In the south of Molise, Italy, lies Civitacampomarano, a charming medieval village. Through the CVTA Street Fest, the town not only revitalizes its heritage but also puts itself on the global map of urban art.

Against this backdrop of mountains, cobbled streets and historic architecture, the Bastion mural by Luna Buschinelli appears on a 25-meter-high gable.

Bastion proposes a contemporary reading of ancestral symbols. The work creates a dialog between the modern, the urban and the sacred, and exemplifies the cultural exchange between Brazil and Italy - echoing the plural formation of Brazil, marked by immigration.
