The artwork contemplates the winding paths of the armadillo, a creature whose presence inspired the Tupi-derived name of the Tatuapé neighborhood. Through a composition of frames — close to the structure of a comic book — the artist establishes a direct analogy between the path traveled by the armadillo and the neural pathways of human thought.

Ever since the foundation of São Paulo in 1554, the city has been characterized by constant expansion over the decades. Building on this fact, the proposal prompts reflection on the relationship between urban development and human biology: the body itself functioning as a city and suggesting a parallel between these natural processes.
